You will never grow tired of its view over the huge garden with conifers, roses, lavender, flower-filled meadows…facing the Alpilles mountain range.
The property is divided into 3 elegant and stylish houses.

Ground floor:
Professional kitchen with dining area for 14 people, with outdoor access. Winter dining room for 10 people.
TV room. Second large lounge with fireplace.
Bedroom 1: 180cmx200cm bed, shower room and WC:

floor:
Bedroom 2: 180cmx200cm bed, shower room and WC.
Bedroom 3: two 90cm beds, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 4: two bunk beds, air conditioning, shower room and WC.
Bedroom 5: 180cmx200cm bed, fireplace, air conditioning, full bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. Separate walk-in wardrobe.

Guest house:
Lounge with fireplace looking onto garden. Small kitchenette. Air conditioned.
Bedroom 6: 180cmx200cm bed, shower room and WC.
Bedroom 7: two 90cm beds, bathroom and WC.

Second guest house:
Air-conditioned lounge with outdoor access. Open fitted kitchen.

For more than 8 people the presence of a chef is mandatory: an additional cost will be quoted based on the menu and will be chargeable to the customer.

Further information:
- In the winter season: heating surcharge.
- Rental for fortnightly periods only.
- 4 hours cleaning per day + final cleaning + bed linen included.
- Pool heating:
--> in May, June, September, October: included in the rent
--> if the weather is suitable for using the heating (i.e. if the heating in the house is also needed); air conditioning in the house and pool heating are incompatible, so pool heating is not possible when the house is in air conditioning mode.
- For groups of over 8 people it will be requested that the tenants hire a chef/cook (extra expense, for at least one of the main daily meals).
- Tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult.
